Yes. Aryup accounts are configured so email larger than 10MB cannot be sent or received.
If you have an email with large attachments, it is best if you upload them your Aryup account using FTP. You may then use email or webmail to send link(s) to these files.
If you use FTP to upload a file to your site, please don´t leave it there any longer than necessary. Allowing the files to accumulate or take up a lot of space is considered data warehousing, as the files are not being directly used by the website. This is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in a suspension of your account.
